Customer Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude towards helping customers.

The role involves handling customer queries via calls, emails, or chat with professionalism and empathy. You will take complete ownership of queries from initiation to resolution with proper follow-ups and documentation. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

  • Proactive, empathetic, and capable of handling users professionally.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and remain calm under pressure.
