Job Opportunity: Associate Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources and People Strategy team, you will play a vital role in managing the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and HR operations to employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely compliance with all applicable labour laws, including EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, S&E Acts, ID Act, Gratuity Act, etc.
  • Oversee state-wise compliance requirements and filings across locations.
  • Conduct onboarding checks for statutory forms and declarations (Form 2, ESIC, PF nomination, UAN verification).
  • Address and resolve employee PF-related queries in coordination with vendors and regional offices.
Sector-Specific Compliance:
  • Interpret and implement HR compliance guidelines issued by IRDAI, RBI, SEBI.
  • Maintain awareness of new and changing regulatory mandates affecting HR operations and workforce governance.
  • Ensure documentation and records are maintained as per the requirements of sector regulators.
Documentation, Inspections & Governance:
  • Maintain statutory registers, compliance folders, and inspection records.
  • Coordinate and support internal, external, and regulatory audits for HR data, PI data, and vendor data.
  • Ensure state-wise minimum wages audit, and holiday calendar review and publishing.
Regulatory Liaison & Risk Mitigation:
  • Coordinate with regional PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF offices for issue resolution and documentation requirements.
  • Handle labour inspections and respond to regulatory notices in collaboration with Legal and Admin teams.
  • Escalate potential compliance lapses and support corrective actions.
