Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our organization in Mumbai. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical exposure in the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and internal databases.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding activities including documentation and orientation.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement and training program coordination.
- Handle routine HR administrative tasks and support HR team initiatives.
- Participate in maintaining confidentiality and professional standards in HR processes.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for immediate joining and full-time work in Mumbai.
