Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Manager to join our team at ScaleneWorks. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and delivering infrastructure and workplace services for our GCC and branch offices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in managing contracts and relationships with external partners. You will be responsible for ensuring the effective governance of these relationships, as well as providing support and facilitating business operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage and deliver infrastructure and workplace services for our GCC and branch offices.
  • To serve as the primary liaison with businesses and stakeholders to ensure an optimal workplace experience.
  • To establish and develop key relationships internal and external to the company, actively managing and optimizing WREF's operations, real estate, and capital services.
  • To work closely with key internal partners within Business Units (e.g. HR, Tech, procurement) to ensure WREF's services are integrated as part of a joined-up, cohesive approach to employee experience.
  • To assume full accountability for the delivery of OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring financial acumen across their organisation and responsibility for budget delivery with their reporting WREF Business Unit and Site Leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities, Real Estate or other related discipline.
  • Broad working knowledge of Workplace and FM with specialist knowledge in one area (e.g. Operations, Real Estate, Capital Projects).
  • 5+ years' experience in Workplace and FM Operations.
  • Managerial skills and leadership abilities to motivate and influence executives and managers in a demanding and rapidly evolving environment.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
