The Role

As a Workplace Culture Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a positive and supportive workplace culture that fosters growth, well-being, and innovation. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement programs that promote teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a world-class employee experience within our organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Employee Experience
    • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Foster a positive and supportive workplace culture by promoting teamwork, open communication, and employee well-being.
  • Operational Management
    • Manage food vendors to ensure high-quality meals are provided to employees as per schedule.
    • C Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely bill payments.
    • Oversight of security protocols and maintenance of secure offices.
  • Administrative Support
    • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, office management, email correspondence, and document preparation.
    • Own and manage conference room coordination.
    • Coordinate employee travel, expenses, and reimbursements.
