Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day service delivery in our workplace, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide management advice and support to helpdesk/mailroom operations, ensuring timely resolution of escalated issues
  • Ensure immediate response to priority calls from employees and Siebel team, following escalation processes as needed
  • Clear and manage C-mail/government agency mail to the appropriate recipients
  • Address accidents and crises promptly and effectively
  • Provide management advice and support for front office operations, ensuring timely resolution of escalated issues
  • Ensure immediate response to priority calls, following escalation processes as needed
  • Take regular rounds to ensure high standards of housekeeping and upkeep in the front office, lobby area, restrooms, and other common areas
  • Attend shift briefings and ensure security muster, deployment, and registration
  • Ensure security staff adhere to GAP norms and discuss issues with the security assignment manager
  • Manage key room, clock room, and time office operations
  • Ensure weekly training and staff grooming standards are maintained
  • Manage VMT tool and update registers/tools for material movements
  • Follow escalation matrix for issues
  • EHS practices must be implemented and followed in the security premises
  • Update new assets in the asset tracker and inform relevant stakeholders
  • Take regular rounds to ensure high standards of housekeeping and upkeep in common areas maintained by the builder
  • Coordinate with the builder on guarding services, common area upkeep, and pest control
  • Ensure proper rounds are taken in all common areas maintained by the builder
  • Coordinate with the builder HK team and ensure daily HK activity in common areas
  • Make snag reports for common areas and follow up for closure

Requirements

  • Graduate degree with relevant work experience
  • Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
  • Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team
  • Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
