About the Role
  • Manage multiple corporate Interior Design projects from start to finish, overseeing all phases of development.
  • Lead a team of designers, architects, and consultants to create inspiring and functional corporate real estate and workplace designs.
  • Develop strategic visions and long-term plans for corporate real estate and workplace design initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand organizational needs and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative design culture within the team.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, interpret, organize, schedule, and manage design projects through all phases of development.
  • Verify BOQs prepared by Procurement teams.
  • Check GFCs and construction drawings before releasing to site.
  • Oversee design development and establish and monitor budgets.
  • Review designs sent to clients for quality.
  • Work closely with project managers to support design changes at the construction stage.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the Real Estate industry.
  • Incorporate innovative ideas to control allocated budgets for each project.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and best practices in workplace design.
  • Provide design direction, guidance, and feedback to ensure team work meets company standards and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture with 12 to 20 years' experience, minimum 10- years in Corporate/Commercial/workplace interior fit-out projects.
  • Knowledge of Design, Bylaws, codes, and standards relevant to interior fitouts.
  • Tech-savvy and experienced in adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, guiding and inspiring design teams.
  • Excellent project management abilities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently without supervision.
  • Comfortable traveling to handle design delivery for multiple projects across India.
  • Software knowledge: AutoCAD, Revit (preferable), Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop.
Estimated Salary

Rupees 1,500,000 - Rupees 2,000,000 per annum based on qualifications and location.
