Job Title

Associate General Manager - Design

This is a dynamic and ambitious role within our organisation, where the right candidate will thrive as a leader and drive results through strategic business decisions.

  • Contribute actively to business success through qualitative inputs and quantitative analysis
  • Develop, lead, motivate, and manage a young and ambitious city team
  • Develop an ecosystem for successful Design experience for internal teams and customers
  • Own the quality of Design Closure of Livspace catalogue products and essential home improvement services
  • Drive and meet KPIs such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • B.Arch or equivalent degree; MBA is an added advantage
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, operating role managing a revenue-generating team
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and ability to convey business requirements
  • Structured thought process, strong analytical ability, and leadership skills
