Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Delhi, India

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR executive to join our dynamic team at Nutristar. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and driving HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer management.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and integration into the company culture.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and concerns.
  • Organize and coordinate team-building activities and wellness programs.
  • Performance Management & Development:
  • Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by ensuring employees are working efficiently and effectively.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, leave, and insurance management.
  • Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare and submit required reports for compliance and auditing purposes.
  • HR Strategy & Reporting:
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) and generate reports to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and implementing programs to improve employee retention and job satisfaction.
  • HR Systems & Technology:
  • Manage HR software and systems to streamline HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a strong commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
