Bandish Studios is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will play a critical role in end-to-end recruitment, payroll management, and employee engagement.

**Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven HR Executive who can excel at identifying talent, managing hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while aligning with organisational goals.

**Responsibilities:

• Payroll Management: Oversee and process employee payroll in a timely and accurate manner, maintain payroll records, ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.), and resolve payroll-related queries.

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in talent acquisition by coordinating the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews, conduct employee onboarding and ensure all documentation is complete.

• Employee Records and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in HR systems, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including timely submission of statutory filings.

• Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide administrative support in the review process, assist in drafting and issuing employee performance-related letters, including promotions, transfers, and warnings.

• Employee Engagement and Welfare: Organise team-building activities, training sessions, and other employee engagement initiatives, address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.

• HR Policies and Procedures: Ensure adherence to company policies and recommend updates when required, educate employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

• General Administrative Tasks: Provide support in HR audits and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, prepare regular HR reports for management review.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

We are looking for a qualified candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to payroll management, proficient in HRMS/HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite, strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹3,60,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards).
