Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term success of our customers by providing proactive guidance, technical leadership, and support throughout their journey with our products. This position requires a strong understanding of our solutions and the ability to effectively communicate with customers to identify and address their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive value realization.
  • Program Management: Oversee customer onboarding, adoption, and training to ensure seamless integration of our products and services.
  • Opportunity Management: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, such as expansions and upsells, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalation Management: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer success, technical project management, or a related field.
  • Education: University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required, with knowledge of additional languages a plus.
  • Travel: Ability to travel occasionally to meet with customers and build relationships.
