Senior Human Resources Executive

This role plays a critical part in the organization's overall success, overseeing key aspects of human resources. Key responsibilities include performance management, compensation and benefits administration, learning and development initiatives, organizational culture enhancement, employee engagement strategies, team development, and compliance with labor laws.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR practices, be adept at handling multiple tasks, and have excellent communication skills. This person will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management:
    • Manage annual goal setting, periodic performance assessments, and calibration processes.
    • Provide guidance on performance issues and development plans.
    • Implement employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management:
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
    • Provide salary revision guidance, manage bonus payouts, and address employee inquiries.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Identify competency gaps across job roles.
    • Implement training methods including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
    • Coordinate with experts to ensure high-quality training sessions.
    • Establish metrics to measure training effectiveness.
  • Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement:
    • Develop a positive organizational culture promoting engagement and productivity.
    • Measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Ensure effective communication channels within the organization.
  • Organizational Design and Structure:
    • Assess and design organizational structures for business goals and efficiency.
    • Clearly define roles and responsibilities for clarity and accountability.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Develop and enforce HR policies supporting organizational goals.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws.
