Job Title: State Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Business Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to drive business growth in the regions of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic engagements with state government departments to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the adoption and sale of Intel products and solutions to major customers across the state.
  • Provide executive presence and thought leadership within targeted accounts, building deep relationships with senior customer executives and ecosystem partners.
  • Explore innovative business and technology opportunities within covered accounts by helping customers solve their problems through the deployment of Intel-based products and solutions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in industry sales, partner, and end-customer sales, as well as managing activities to drive customer alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Strong communication and executive relationship management skills, excellent presentation skills, and a track record of success applying a consultative selling approach.
  • Experience in developing new businesses and business models within strategic accounts, managing large government projects, working with local business partners, and integrating across the full ICT ecosystem.
  • Understanding of the sales pipeline with all variables and interdependencies, ability to think strategically, and inspire internal and external stakeholders.
