Accounting Specialist Job OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced and skilled accounting specialist to manage our financial records, ensure accuracy and compliance, and contribute to strategic financial planning.Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or food industry environment with a strong academic background.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss accounts.
  • Manage daily accounting activities, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded in relevant software.
  • Efficiently handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
  • Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Assist in internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
  • Manage and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
  • Support management by assisting with budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to aid in business decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a higher qualification.
  • Strong academic record, with a minimum of 85% or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an accountant, specifically within the manufacturing or food industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
