Job Description

As a senior-level financial leader, you will be responsible for leading our finance team and driving strategic financial planning and analysis. Your primary objective will be to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information, while maintaining compliance with local and international accounting, finance, and tax requirements.

This role involves overseeing working capital and cash flow management, monitoring customer credit and collection, and implementing financial policies and procedures within the organization. You will also be responsible for communicating with senior management and partners on any fraud or compliance issues, as well as managing internal and external compliance reporting and projections.

Key responsibilities include delivering value-added business analysis and defining meaningful financial and operational metrics to inform business decision-making. Additionally, you will prepare consolidated management reports for senior leadership, including monthly/quarterly reporting packages that include full financial statements, key performance indicators, operational dashboards, and executive-level explanations.

Moreover, you will maintain awareness of financial performance versus plan, identify potential risks, and address issues to prevent financial misses. You will also build the budget for the entity with senior management and ensure its monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master 2 in Finance, Management
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and techniques, IFRS, internal control principles, and closing/reporting processes
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent English
  • Organized, dynamic, autonomous, strategic vision, and strong financial knowledge
  • Leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, team worker
