Job Overview

We are preparing for our Series A fundraising round and looking for a proven fundraising & valuation professional to lead this critical phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Series A Fundraising Process: Work with VCs, family offices, and HNIs (India & overseas) to secure funding.
  • Build Investor Relationships: Establish strong relationships with investors and maintain outreach pipelines.
  • Develop Valuation Models: Create financial projections and investor decks for Series A investments.
  • Oversee Due Diligence: Ensure compliance and deal structuring for successful investment outcomes.
  • Partner with the CEO: Collaborate with the CEO on investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
  • Provide Strategic Insights: Offer financial and strategic expertise to enhance company valuation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
  • Proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
  • Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is an advantage.
