Key Responsibilities

  • Support Mergers and Acquisitions: Provide strategic support for mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and refinancing activities aligned with the company's growth strategy.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to domestic and international financial regulations.
  • Deliver Strategic Insights: Present detailed financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders to inform decision-making.
