Finance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy.

  • About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Create Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Provide expert insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning to drive business growth.
  • Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, such as CA, CMA, or CFA.
  • 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
