About the Role:

Nanonets seeks a highly skilled and accomplished finance professional to join our Finance team.

In this key role, you will collaborate closely with Senior Management to define and execute financial strategies, ensuring long-term success and stability.

You will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee AR/AP, Payroll, tax, and statutory compliance operations.
  • Provide stakeholders with financial visibility through dashboards and regular reports.
  • Forecast cash flow, assess borrowing needs, and determine available funds for expenses and investments.
  • Assist in budget preparation at organizational and functional levels.
  • Report budget variances to management, providing detailed explanations.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in finance roles, preferably within small to medium-sized companies or technology startups with a global reach.
  • In-depth knowledge of US & Indian GAAP, with practical experience in global finance practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and address new challenges.
