Senior Governance Professional

The primary objective of this role is to implement and manage the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program within an organization.

  • Lead comprehensive risk assessments and profiling for business units and operational activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and adapt GRC practices accordingly.
  • Ensure policies and processes are designed to meet relevant regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Foster collaboration with stakeholders to understand processes and document controls.
  • Provide oversight and challenge business units on GRC practices.
  • Carry out risk aggregation exercises to provide a unified view of risk.
  • Promote the use of advanced technologies and data analytics in GRC.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for GRC-related matters pertaining to business and operations.
About This Role

This Senior Manager position plays a critical role in driving the effective implementation of the GRC program. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading risk assessments, developing and implementing risk management strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
