About this leadership role

We are expanding our impact through new initiatives, rolled out in a phased roadmap. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for prioritizing, planning, and implementing these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Prioritize initiatives based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain the 36-month phased roadmap (0–12m, 12–24m, 24–36m).
  • Project Execution: Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives, develop and manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors.
  • Sponsorship Enablement: Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate goals.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns, establish clear goals, dashboards, and reporting systems.

This is a high-visibility leadership role, working directly with the executive team and partners globally. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of global governance at the highest levels. You will engage with Fortune 1000 executives, policymakers, and global leaders, and have a flexible work environment with global exposure.
