Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Jobsnta. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with bank branch staff and banking customers to drive sales and achieve business targets. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities. Your primary objective will be to build a robust sales pipeline and drive revenue growth through effective partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and banking customers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
- Conduct regular training sessions for bank employees to educate them on insurance products and sales techniques

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, as you will need to handle queries and resolve concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
