Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in fundraising and donor relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of raising funds from HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices. This part-time role involves cultivating strategic partnerships, managing donor relationships, and driving fundraising efforts to support our awareness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to secure major gifts and funding for awareness campaigns.

• Cultivate relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, and family offices, leveraging an established network.

• Represent Conscious at high-profile events and meetings to enhance donor engagement.

• Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to align fundraising strategies with campaign objectives.

• Track and report fundraising progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Compensation:

Fixed + Variable pay, based on performance and funds raised.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in major gift fundraising, donor relations, or strategic partnerships.

• Extensive network within the HNI/UHNI and family office community.

• Demonstrated success in raising significant funds and managing high-value donor relationships.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, with a strong track record in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
