Category Director Opportunity

Join a dynamic team as we seek a visionary Director to spearhead our E-commerce category.

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape and scale the business, driving end-to-end growth and strategy execution. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, collaborating closely with leadership, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Implement SKU plans aligned with brand vision, ensuring market-leading selection of products.
  • Lead category programming on the app and website to deliver a seamless user experience.
  • Oversee daily operations, optimizing processes and ensuring timely execution.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across functions, inspiring a culture of ownership and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including marketing, product, tech, and operations.
Requirements:
  • 9–13 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer internet businesses, with strong exposure to category management or P&L ownership.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience building and leading large teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
