Bid Manager Job Summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bid Manager to join our Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate will lead the development of proposal responses to RFPs, tenders, pre-sales vendor compliance questionnaires, and security assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content and proposals that meet customer requirements.
  • Develop reusable and boilerplate content to increase win rates on new opportunities.
  • Leverage content management platforms, project management applications, and AI to streamline the proposal development process.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years' experience in delivering compliant and compelling proposal responses.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and winning competitive proposals.
  • Experience using Responsive (formerly RFPIO) and Asana.
  • Strong business acumen, including cybersecurity, networking, and artificial intelligence.
  • Experience working in SLED and federal markets is highly preferred.
