Real Estate Investment Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals with strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills to support clients in the REIT / Real Estate Industry.
Main Tasks:
- Leverage expertise in multiple sectors including General Industrials & Industrial Services, Consumers, Retail, and Oil & Gas for added advantage.
- Develop financial models for real estate transactions, including operating and non-operating cash flow modeling, levered and debt cash flow, JV & waterfall analysis, and valuation of multifamily, office, industrial, and retail assets.
- Design Argus valuation models for single properties and portfolios, lease abstracting, review, and audit, as well as perform cash flow and rent roll analysis.
- Conduct valuations of commercial properties using income capitalization approach (DCF & direct capitalization), sales comparison approach, and cost approach.
- Create financial models for REIT income statements and balance sheets, understanding revolver, interest expense & circularity, future development, FFO & CAD, and build and audit REIT valuation and NAV models.
- Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, industry studies, company profiles, and discussion documents related to various industries.
- Conduct M&A deal runs, target & buyer screenings using databases like Greenstreet, RCA, Argus, Costar, Capital IQ, PitchBook, Mergermarket, FactSet, etc.
Deliverables:
Meet project timelines and deliver high-quality reports ensuring client satisfaction.
Perform quality control checks on outgoing reports and packs, and conduct analysis to develop new research products and capabilities.
