Lead Structural Engineer

We seek an accomplished professional to spearhead our structural engineering projects with expertise and innovation. As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the delivery of complex projects in India and the US.

  • Oversee structural analysis, design, detailing, and quality control for various high-rise structures, commercial developments, aviation facilities, sports facilities, healthcare buildings, and hotels.
  • Guide a team of engineers and technical modelers in Pune and coordinate with project managers and engineers from our international offices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and technical modelers.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of work.
  • Participate in project design reviews and discussions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Masters degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of experience in structural engineering with knowledge of ACI, ASCE, AISC codes.
  • Hands-on experience with ETABS, SAP, SAFE, ADAPT, RAM concept, and BIM tools like Revit and Tekla Professional.
  • Chartered Engineer certification or programming skills in VBA, Python is advantageous.
