We're seeking a high-performing Chief of Staff to join our team. This key role will be responsible for driving strategic projects and initiatives that shape the future of our organization.

As a member of our leadership team, you'll work closely with our Head of North America Sales to develop and execute high-impact cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving strategic projects that require agility, ownership, analytical sharpness, and stakeholder orchestration
  • Acting as an internal consultant – framing problems, structuring analysis, and recommending actions
  • Using data and dashboards to drive clarity, influence decisions, and report outcomes

You'll be a strong partner to our leadership team, bringing expertise and experience in strategy development, project management, and change enablement.

We're looking for someone who can lead without authority, thrive in ambiguity, and is deeply curious about building at scale. If you have experience as an early-stage team member, operator, founder, or strategy consultant, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
