Job Title: Strategic Financial Leader

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial insights, ensuring compliance with statutory accounts, local regulations, and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Develop and maintain a robust financial management framework to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.\
  • Ensure compliance with statutory accounts, local requirements, and international standards.\
  • Monitor all accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable & accounts payable, general ledger, and monthly close.\
  • Manage working capital and cash flow, including customer credit and collection.\
  • Apply and improve financial policies, procedures, accounts systems, and controls within the organization.\
  • Communicate fraud and/or compliance issues to the General Manager and Partners.\
  • Manage internal and external compliance reporting and projections.\
  • Deliver business analysis and define financial and operational metrics.\
  • Prepare consolidated management reports for Senior Leadership.\
  • Maintain awareness of financial performance versus plan and identify potential risks.\
  • Control report quality and compliance with Partners' requirements.\
  • Build and monitor the budget of the entity.\
  • Coach, manage, and develop finance team members.\
  • Ensure finance team members are trained and up-to-date with finance regulations and company policies.\
  • Be a business partner in development and optimization projects.\
  • Monitor financing and related commitments, and assure bank relations.\

    • Master's degree in Finance or Management.\
    • Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and IFRS principles.\
    • At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.\
    • Fluent English language skills.\
    • Organized, dynamic, autonomous, and strategic vision.\
    • Leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and team worker.\
