Strategic Financial Leader

This role plays a pivotal part in guiding the financial direction of an organization. The position is responsible for overseeing financial performance, managing costing and pricing strategies, and ensuring financial discipline across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor monthly P&L to provide necessary advice to business leaders.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing costing and pricing strategies for existing and new products.
  • Identify cost inefficiencies (product, process, etc.) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address root causes.
  • Conduct monthly cost analysis and product margin review with production and finance teams.
  • Develop business cases for capital expenditures.
  • Validate costing in ERP systems and implement costing modules as required.

The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in financial planning, cost management, and ERP systems, particularly SAP.
