Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in month-end close activities with the Costing and Plant Finance team.
  • Review and release standard costs, making proposals for revisions in case of abnormal variances.
  • Analyze usage variance analysis of Bills of Materials versus Actuals.
  • Provide recommendations and insights to the leadership team for improvements based on variance trends.
  • Drive variance analysis on costing and implement actions to mitigate differences.

Critical Skills and Qualifications

  • Total relevant experience of 3-5 years.
  • Hands-on experience with finance systems, including AFO and SAP.
  • In-depth understanding of plant-related metrics and relevant experience in the Supply Chain function.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
