As a Customer Care Executive at Mekyek, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to enhance the overall customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Responding to Customer Inquiries: You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.

- Understanding Customer Needs: You will understand and address customer needs and concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
- Providing Accurate Information: You will provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Handling Customer Complaints: You will handle customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Managing Customer Accounts: You will manage and update customer accounts and records, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assisting with Product Inquiries: You will assist in product or service inquiries and sales, providing information and recommendations to customers.
- Coordinating with Departments: You will coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Participating in Training Sessions: You will participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills, ensuring that you are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
