Customer Care Executive Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive at Mekyek, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to enhance the overall customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
  • Resolving Customer Issues: You will resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: You will understand and address customer needs and concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
  • Providing Accurate Information: You will provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Handling Customer Complaints: You will handle customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Managing Customer Accounts: You will manage and update customer accounts and records, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assisting with Product Inquiries: You will assist in product or service inquiries and sales, providing information and recommendations to customers.
  • Coordinating with Departments: You will coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Participating in Training Sessions: You will participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills, ensuring that you are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining a Positive Attitude: You will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: You will have a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring that you can effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: You will have strong problem-solving abilities, ensuring that you can resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Ability to Multitask: You will have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: You will have basic computer proficiency and data entry skills, ensuring that you can effectively manage customer accounts and records.

  • Empathy and Patience: You will have empathy and patience when dealing with customers, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.

Monthly Compensation: INR 15,000 - 30,000
