Customer Experience Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled customer enthusiast to join our team at Andamen. As a Customer Experience Liaison, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing personalized style advice to help them find the perfect products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Develop deep knowledge of our product portfolio and positioning to offer tailored style advice
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Conduct regular research and surveys to provide valuable insights to our product, marketing, and technology teams

Requirements:

  • 0-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for building a loved brand experience
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in an ambiguous environment
