The Customer Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing strategies across various channels. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing overall business strategies to drive growth and customer engagement.
- Drive channel performance improvement by analyzing data, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing remedial actions.
- Lead cross-functional teams including brand, sales, KAM, supply chain, and finance to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Develop and implement Open Format Outlet strategies to boost sales and enhance customer experience.
- Establish robust forecasting processes based on inputs and constraints to ensure accurate stock availability and meet demand.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely delivery and plan adherence.
- Work closely with brand teams to design in-store execution plans and annual activity calendars.
- Partner with the In-Store Merchandising team to drive in-store strategies and activities.
- MBA or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- 4-6 years of experience in Modern Trade, preferably in FMCG.
