About the Zonal Business Manager role in a medical devices company, we offer solutions across vascular access, renal care, diagnostics, infusion therapy, Transfusion, Critical Care, and Cardiology.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join our team as a regional business leader. You will be responsible for successfully executing strategies, managing a team of 25+, and contributing to the growth and success of our business unit - Vascular Access.
Responsibilities include devising a regional sales strategy, developing new key accounts, managing customers, influencers, and debtors effectively, implementing inventory control measures, and reducing obsolete stocks. A successful candidate will have minimum 10 years sales and marketing experience in the medical consumables products, with expertise in people management, sales management, channel management, and key account management.
Key Accountabilities:
- Devise regional sales strategy, dealer management strategy, development plan, and sales forecasts to ensure yearly objectives are met.
- Develop new key accounts to increase customer base.
- Manage customers, influencers, and debtors effectively.
- Implement inventory control measures and reduce obsolete stocks.
- Develop a channel distribution strategy and ensure timely reporting from dealers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years sales and marketing experience in the medical consumables industry.
- Expertise in people management, sales management, channel management, and key account management.
