As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service support via phone calls, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved at the first point of contact.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints over the telephone.
  • Utilize sound judgment and make decisions within established procedures for each service request.
  • Manage and update customer interactions daily on an account-wise basis.
  • Achieve key performance targets and ensure efficiency measures are met in accordance with performance guidelines.
  • Maintain effective work procedures according to client process workflows and adhere to US healthcare compliance measures.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from any stream is required.
  • Should possess 12-24 months of experience in international voice (inbound/outbound) processes, preferably in patient handling or provider/DME AR calling.
