Job Title: IT Service Management Expert

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our IT service management efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience with ITSM tool implementation, customization, and integration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing functional design documents, customizing ITSM applications, and configuring application UI and workflow.

They will also interact with clients and participate in discussions for requirements gathering and planning. Additionally, they will perform onsite design and functional review before delivering modules.

The IT service management expert will work closely with our engineering teams to implement and deliver applications in a fast-paced agile project environment.

Experience with REST APIs, CMDB, and SOAP integration is highly desirable.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in IT service management
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
