Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of service delivery, managing service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing service improvements. The role also includes coordinating with clients, troubleshooting issues, developing service procedures, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure high-quality service standards.
