- Build and nurture relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and government bodies to secure meaningful partnerships.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead negotiations for licensing, co-development, and alliance agreements, manage due diligence including financial analysis, technical evaluation, and risk mitigation.
- Partner effectively with R&D, regulatory affairs, legal, manufacturing, and commercial teams to evaluate feasibility and ensure seamless execution of business deals.
- Develop and deploy business development strategies aimed at achieving revenue and market penetration targets across domestic and export segments.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade exhibitions, and forums to amplify visibility and build networks.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in pharmaceutical business development, alliance management, or portfolio management, with a demonstrated track record of deal-making and strategic execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is highly desirable.
