Parul University invites applications for faculty positions in the Faculty of Pharmacy.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking highly qualified and motivated professionals to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research and service responsibilities in one or more areas of pharmaceutical sciences including pharmaceutics, industrial pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, pharmacology, pharmaceutical quality assurance, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacognosy and phytochemistry, pharmacy practice and pharmaceutical analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach and mentor students at undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work in peer-reviewed journals.
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with PCI norms and industry standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote academic excellence and innovative teaching practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Master's degree (M.Pharm) in relevant specialization is required; Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or relevant subject as per PCI is preferred.
- Experience: As per PCI norms.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and scholarly writing.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
- Commitment to promoting ethical practices and professional integrity in the field of pharmacy.
- Dedication to teaching and learning processes for UG and PG.
