Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at the International Institute of Management Studies (IIMS), located in Pune. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for conducting lectures, preparing course materials, guiding student research, evaluating student performance, and participating in faculty meetings and committees. Additionally, the Assistant Professor will contribute to the academic community through research and publications.
Qualifications
- Proven teaching experience and expertise in management studies
- Strong research skills and a track record of academic publications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in curriculum development and innovative teaching methods
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
- Ph.D. in Management or related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
- Commitment to academic excellence and continuous professional development
