Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Padm. Dr. V. B. Kolte College of Engineering, located in Pune. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for conducting lectures, guiding students on projects, preparing course materials, evaluating student performance, and contributing to curriculum development. They will also participate in departmental meetings, engage in research activities, and provide academic counseling to students.
Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge in the relevant engineering discipline
- Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and academic research
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage and mentor students
- Proficiency in using modern educational tools and technologies
- Master's degree in Engineering, Ph.D. preferred
- Previous teaching experience at the collegiate level is a plus
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and research
