
Pharmaceutical Business Executive

This is a challenging position for a business professional with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, sales, and marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing product knowledge through training programs and on-the-job experience.
- Maintaining and expanding existing business relationships, as well as developing new opportunities.
- Managing team members, including retention and scouting new talent.
- Ensuring timely filling of vacancies and effective territory management.
- Monitoring stocks, analyzing inventory, and implementing liquidation plans to minimize returns, expiry, and breakage.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:
- Analyze territory performance, including customer coverage, growth, and product mix.
- Implement activities to increase productivity and brand building.
- Sustain smooth functioning of the distribution channel.
- Develop team members in detailing, product knowledge, RCPA, and clinic effectiveness.
- Drive growth and increase market share.
- Maintain discipline and work ethics within the team.
- Organize academic activities for doctors, including CMEs and conferences.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
