**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Manager of Lease Abstraction Team to lead our team in delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Lease Abstraction team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and providing leadership to the team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage abstraction projects by conducting regular meetings with the team and resolving issues and process improvement.
  • Responsible for training and onboarding of new abstractors to develop the team.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire a team to achieve great things.
  • Execution: Demonstrated ability to take concrete actions to deliver and inspire.

Requirements:

  • 7 plus years' experience within Lease Abstraction or related field and managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Collaborator with Problem Solving, Can-do' Mindset and a client-centric focus.
