Senior Business Intelligence Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Leader to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical roles and experience with AI/ML/Data Science/Gen AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business processes and propose strategic use of AI/ML to enhance business outcomes through collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Partner with functional heads to understand and solve business challenges leveraging AI & Analytics solutions.
  • Translate business problems into analytical problems and build solutions using AI/ML techniques to drive strategic initiatives end-to-end.
  • Develop an approach to scale AI/ML agenda at the organization through various AI/ML solutions.
  • Enable business decision-making and co-create data-driven business strategies through storytelling with data and presenting insights to top business leaders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in quantitative fields like mathematics, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics etc from top-tier institutes.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles.
  • Strong collaborator with abilities to influence and challenge conventional thinking.
  • Analytical thinking and storytelling skills with data presentation to top business leaders.
  • Experience with AI/ML/Data Science/Gen AI technologies and applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, R, Spark, cloud environments, ML/DL frameworks and cloud-based services.

Measure of Success:

  • Form partnerships with functional leaders and influence decision-making through data.
  • Improve operational efficiencies and enable business goals achievement.
  • Execute organization-wide initiatives.
  • Implement AI/ML use cases.
  • Ensure model performance as expected at all times.
  • Manage team engagement, growth, and talent pipeline.

Education Requirements:

MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative field from a top-tier institute is required. A minimum of 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles is preferred.
