Empowering Business Leaders with Strategic Data Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Business Intelligence team. This individual will be responsible for empowering business leaders across the Life Sciences industries to make informed, data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data analytics and technology consulting, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics. They will be proficient in BI tools such as Tableau and PowerBI, and possess advanced Excel skills.

The role will involve developing and managing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations, as well as analyzing sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior. The successful candidate will provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, and work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop and manage complex data models using BI tools like Tableau.
    • Analyze large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems, market intelligence platforms, and supply chain databases.
    • Provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and optimization.
  • Data Management:
    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
    • Design and implement data warehouses and ETL processes to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, R&D, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including knowledge of pharma market data sources like IQVIA, IMS Health, or Symphony Health.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
