Sales and Marketing Role
This is a full-time on-site position for a Territory Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales & marketing activities, lead generation, team handling, distributor management, and sales management to drive business growth and meet targets. Occasional travel to Asian/SEA countries is required to meet customers and expand the business.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance on sales techniques
- Manage relationships with distributors and ensure timely delivery of products
- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing ones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in International Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven sales management experience in the biopharma/pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to travel occasionally (every three months) to Asian/SEA countries
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines

Estimated Salary
₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (based on location and experience)
