Business Development Professional

About the Role:
Illumine is a leading knowledge intervention company working to bring precision change to large organizations across industries and government. With a strong value system around delivering human-centric solutions, achieving win-win for all stakeholders, and empowering individuals, we seek a talented Business Development Professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a network of business development partners to engage with customers.
- Engage with CXO level organization leaders as part of the pre-sales engagement.
- Leverage opportunities to build a knowledge business across market segments, both India and international.
What We Expect:
As a Business Development Professional, you will bring a knowledge orientation to business development, mapping potential markets and identifying value-creating opportunities. You will enable Illumine's BD partner network by designing knowledge enablers, such as research insights and white papers. Your ability to connect and engage with key decision makers, building trust-based, knowledge-driven relationships, is essential.
Requirements:
- Able to take end-to-end ownership of the business cycle from initial connect to successful delivery.
- Deep understanding of knowledge products and frameworks, with effective presentation skills.
- Experience with large ticket deals involving cocreation and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
