Key Account Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to drive sales growth and achieve targets for assigned division.
About the Position:
- Drive revenue expansion and meet sales & margin objectives.
- BUILD LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS with key clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Communicate monthly sales targets to stores and merchandisers, and ensure successful execution.
- Develop innovative strategies and tools to achieve sales goals.
- Analyze and track detailed monthly sales reports by store and category.
- Lead negotiations and discussions at the head-office level, covering agreements, new product listings, and price updates.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, with a strong focus on the On-Trade channel.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
