Key Account Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive sales growth and achieve targets for assigned division.

About the Position:

  • Drive revenue expansion and meet sales & margin objectives.
  • BUILD LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS with key clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Communicate monthly sales targets to stores and merchandisers, and ensure successful execution.
  • Develop innovative strategies and tools to achieve sales goals.
  • Analyze and track detailed monthly sales reports by store and category.
  • Lead negotiations and discussions at the head-office level, covering agreements, new product listings, and price updates.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5–8 years of proven sales experience in FMCG, with a strong focus on the On-Trade channel.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
