Client Servicing Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely service delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities and provide exceptional value.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional who can coordinate project workflows, maintain accurate records of client interactions and contracts, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, energy, analytical thinking, creativity, commercial awareness, and team collaboration. Additionally, you should possess a graduate degree from any discipline and 2-4 years of client servicing experience in an advertising agency.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and timely service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities and provide exceptional value.
  • Coordinate project workflows and ensure prompt client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and contracts.
